Shipping Policy
We at SSS truly appreciate your business, and we’re so grateful for the trust you’ve placed in us. We sincerely hope you are satisfied with your purchase.
Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy:
1. All orders will be processed at our Loganholme warehouse within 24 hours.
2. To deliver our orders, we primarily use StarTrack, Couriers Please, and other third-party couriers. Our orders usually take 3-5 business days in Metro areas and 10 business days outside of Metro areas.
3. PO Boxes are not accessible by our couriers. Please make sure you give us a physical address where we can deliver your package. In the event that no one is present at the delivery address during the delivery, our deliveries are set to Authority to Leave (ATL) by default.
4. Items will be returned to the courier depot with a notice card left in the mailbox for apartment units where couriers are unable to access. Please note that once the parcels are handed over to the couriers, SSS's obligation ends. Please keep track of your package, as couriers can not leave a note card if mailboxes are not available.
5. Please open and inspect your package as soon as it arrives. If you are dissatisfied with the product, it has been damaged, or you have any questions about it, please see our Refund Policy.
